From Concept to Credibility

When industry leader Dan Allison set out to launch his own consultancy, he needed a brand that would reflect his expertise, credibility, and ambition. Sprout helped turn a blank page into a professional presence — creating a clear, confident identity that positioned DHTE Consulting as a trusted partner from day one.
The Challenge
After years of leading Premier Modular, Dan decided to go solo — bringing his deep construction expertise and network to his own venture. But like many start-ups, he faced a familiar challenge: how to look the part without the backing of a big brand.
He knew his skills could transform businesses, but his visual identity needed to match that promise. Without a cohesive, professional brand, the perception gap between what he offered and how he appeared risked undermining his credibility.
Our Role
Having worked with Dan previously on the rebrand of Net Zero Buildings, there was already trust and creative chemistry. This time, the challenge was more personal. Over coffee and conversation, we explored what DHTE stood for — the kind of consultancy Dan wanted to build and the impression he wanted to leave.
Sprout acted as both strategic partner and creative designer, helping Dan translate his ideas into something tangible. We shaped a simple, confident identity that captured transformation — the essence of what he delivers for clients.
Our Solution
Sprout developed a complete visual identity for DHTE Consulting — logo, colour palette, typography, and website — giving the new business everything it needed to make a strong, professional start.
The brand design reflects clarity, confidence, and progress. Muted blues and greens convey trust and approachability, while upward, directional motifs in the brand pattern symbolise growth and transformation.
Clean, crisp, and friendly — the design mirrors the consultancy’s ethos: expert yet grounded, ambitious yet approachable.

With his new brand and website in place, Dan was able to launch DHTE Consulting with confidence and credibility. The professional presence opened doors, allowing him to engage major contractors and manufacturers as an equal from day one.
